I spent afternoon baking banana nut bread for my (insert wonderful adjectives here) husband! I am totally schmoozing giving him the credit he deserves!
(After the turkey cake, I really hate to bring this up! oh never mind!!)
This is why, I am giving out the credit love today....
I know it looks scary now! But, this is going to be my very own studio!!! GO ME!!! I am very excited! Dear Wonderful Gorgeous Hubby has been working on it all day!
I also spent some time trying to learn my camera. I really never have used all of the features on any one I have ever owned. I actually sat down with the manual and read some things about this one! For example, I did not know that my camera would take B&W photos or that it would do sepia tones!
My sepia Santa!
I still have not mastered the low light feature...
But, I am making progress...
I am still working on my Christmas MeMe. I will post it soon! Hugs!!

Looks like you have a pretty good size space there....what kind of things will you use your "very own room" for?

Hi Leigh, Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog. So I came to visit your blog and enjoyed reading all your news too. Your studio looks wonderful and it will be super when its finished your husband is very clever. I loved your pictures of the Christmas decorations, it is very difficult to get a good picture in low light. I have added your blog to my side bar. Jane x

Great post. Wow a studio all of your own. That deserves getting out the oven gloves for. You know, I LOVE the first picture of the tree with all the lights radiating up into the sky. So what if it was an error, that's my favourite picture!

It`s so difficult to take pictures of lights isn`t it, but what a great picture of a Christmas tree with the lights swirling upwards you`ve got.
I`ve enjoyed reading your blog, and will be back again.

Is he available for hire? I need a studio/me space and even have some spare garden for it!!! My DH thinks a 'patio' would be a better use of the space - I'm working on him by trashing the house as much as possible ;)
Great photos! So, cameras have instructions do they? No-one told me that!

Am just lovin' the new studio-in progress. It is brilliant. And those doors!! We have one set of those frenchies in the living room and I find myself looking At them rather than through them half the time.
