I love the look of your book and frog! Great photos. How did they all look so elegant? the colours are a real give away of the era too. What you going to make from it? Are there some ghastly blancmange type meals in it?

I swear that growing up my next door neighbor had that frog. It was in her kitchen and she used it to hold her brillo pad by the sink.

Yeah!!--sounds like everything is settling back down--thankfully!! Whew! Glad to hear that your son is back, all safe and sound and with a duffle full of dirty laundry, like every good son should *groan*... at least your machine is in working order now!
What a great old book--I'm sure you will get lots of inspiration from it--and the froggy is cute as can be!
Smiles, Karen
p.s. pop by my blog and get your name in the hat--I'm having a little giveaway!
