Happy Thanksgiving!

I was sitting here dreaming of this

 

 
 

and seeing upcoming temperatures of 24 degrees, in the south shocking!  I wondered what to do around the busy-ness of the holiday season approaching (a little too fast).

 

Then I got these in the mail!

 
 

My latest goodies from the WONDERFULLY talented Alicia Paulson!  I can't wait to get started.  She sure knows how to get me in the spirit of the holiday!

 

Then hubby gave me a great (keep her busy so she doesn't start on me about shopping) giftie!  An IPad!  I do believe I am an Apple lover after this.  We are thinking of converting all of our computers now!

 

Now for the big news and bragging on my part!  Hubby has retired after proudly serving our country for 30 years!  He reached the highest rank possibly for an enlisted person, Command Sergeant Major!

 

 
 

I will have to devote an entire post to him soon. 

 

We are excited about his new opportunity/career!  I know he will be a huge success at this endeavor, just as he was in the military! 

 

Finally, Bentley and I want to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving!  We will be back weighing a few extra pounds next week.  Love you all!
